Women working anywhere in the cannabis economy (operators, executives, clinicians, researchers, educators, advocates, service providers, technologists, and more). If you have repeatable expertise that can shorten someone else’s learning curve, we want to hear from you.

Courses that teach a real skill, system, or framework. Think: clear processes, templates, checklists, playbooks, training systems, SOPs, decision tools, and lessons learned that are useful in real operations.

Course Creator hosting is $20/month. Your course is hosted on the womenincannabisacademy.com domain and listed in our course library. During onboarding we’ll confirm your course page details (title, description, pricing, assets) and your preferred payment/payout setup.

Yes. You set your own course price and can choose to offer discounts or free access if you want (for example, for WCCC/IWCCC members or scholarship learners).

Yes. You retain ownership of your course content. We host it and publish it under your name, and we use a simple permission/hosting agreement so expectations stay clear.

Absolutely. Many great courses start as a workshop, webinar, SOP deck, or internal training. We’ll help you structure it into a clear course flow with downloadable tools.

Recommended: short video lessons plus a toolkit download (PDF worksheets/checklists). Optional add-ons: reading/resources, discussion prompts, and a live Q&A session. We’ll align the format to what you already have and what your learners need.

Yes — we do a light review for clarity, professionalism, and risk. We’re not rewriting your course; we’re making sure it’s aligned with our education-only standard and doesn’t include risky claims or instructions.

All courses must be education-only. That means: no legal, tax, financial, or medical advice; no unsubstantiated health claims; no content that targets minors; and no sharing confidential or proprietary business information. Cannabis rules vary by jurisdiction, so we use “varies by state” language and include a standard disclaimer.

You set your course price. During onboarding we confirm whether payments are processed directly to you (preferred when available) or processed through the Academy with scheduled payouts. Payment processor fees may apply depending on the setup.

Refund policy depends on the checkout/payout setup and will be confirmed before your course launches. The goal is to keep it fair, clear, and consistent for learners and creators.

Yes. Your course page can include a short bio, your website link(s), and a clear call-to-action. We also encourage you to promote your course through your own channels. When aligned, we may also amplify your course through our Academy channels.

Yes. If regulations, best practices, or your framework changes, you can update lessons and downloads. We recommend a quick refresh at least annually (and sooner if your topic is policy- or compliance-sensitive).

Yes. Courses are hosted while your Course Creator subscription is active. If you choose to cancel, we’ll confirm a transition plan (including what happens to existing learners) before unpublishing.
